Coaching for excellence

Everyone gets a coach. Nobody gets watched.

A weekly card that shows where the time went and what to try next — for a team at work, or a child at home.

  • No screenshots, ever
  • Windows & macOS
  • Everyone sees their own week
0
Screenshots, video, audio or keystroke contents. Not a setting an administrator can switch on.
1 card
The manager and the person read the same weekly card. In a family, the child reads it too.
A day of screen video · 1 GB A day of achievAI · 5 MB drawn to scale
~5 MB
A full day of activity data. The same day as screen video would be over a gigabyte.
For teams

Progress you can coach against.

Everyone is measured against their own last four weeks — never ranked against a colleague.

Their own baseline

Shifts, time zones and always-on laptops stop distorting the picture.

Attendance and projects stay

Shifts, late starts, overtime and billable project time are still there for operations.

Not a pay decision

Every report says so in writing: not validated for pay, promotion or discipline.

For families In design — your feedback shapes it

A coach for your child's screen time.

The same engine, a different question: did homework get its hour, and what should we talk about on Sunday? Your child signs in and sees the same week you do.

Homework focus

A session counts at 25 unbroken minutes. Best this week: 40 minutes on Tuesday.

  • No keystroke counts
  • No words typed
  • No window titles
  • No integrity flags

Talk about it this week

  • “Forty minutes straight on the essay — how did that feel?”His longest session yet.
  • “Thursday's homework hour didn't happen. What got in the way?”An open question — the app never blocks or locks anything.

Your child sees it too

Their own login, the same week, the same numbers. A coach a child can't see is just a camera.

Targets, not punishments

Agree an hour for homework and a cap for games. achievAI reports how it went; it never blocks an app.

Less is collected

Keystroke counts, word counts, window titles and the workplace integrity flags are all off for a child.

What counts

Fair to how people actually work.

Most tools count keystrokes and call it productivity. achievAI credits reading, thinking and calls — and refuses to be fooled by a window left open, whether it belongs to an analyst or a fourteen-year-old.

Counts as focused

  • Typing on a changing screenTyping
  • A live call — muted listening includedMeeting
  • Reading a page you're scrollingReading
  • Think-time within a minute of real inputE+1m
  • Homework with music playing behind itTyping

Doesn't count

  • A parked window with a blinking cursorIdle
  • A call app that's open, with no callIdle
  • Videos or live tickers playing on their ownFeed
  • A key taped down, or a mouse jigglerIgnored
  • Time with the screen lockedAway
How improvement happens

Three steps, every week.

Measuring is the easy part. The system is what turns a number into a better week — the same three steps for a sales team and for a fourteen-year-old.

  1. 1 every 5 seconds

    Measure what really happened

Five seconds at a time, on the laptop: typing, calls and focused reading — counts, never content. Nothing is judged yet.

  2. 2 best day

See the week, and the pattern

Monday brings one card: this week against your own average, your best stretch named, and the hour that keeps getting eaten.

  3. 3 last week this week +6 pts one goal at a time

    Change one thing, then check

Pick a single goal — protect the 10 am hour, cap meetings, one homework session a day. Next Monday shows whether it moved.

Then it repeats. Small, visible progress beats a scoreboard nobody trusts.

  • No screenshots or video
  • No keystroke contents
  • Nothing while the screen is locked
  • Never hidden — everyone sees their own week
